lagsana

Hi all..very gud morning..hari nak masuk entri resepi lagsana yang memang i selalu buat dan amek tempahan..kalau nak cuba boleh la amek resepi ni..i amek dengan pakcik San Remo dari Itali Jauh nun di sana..hihik..memang sedap beb..rugi kalau tak cuba.

ingr:

250gm San Remo Instant Lagsana
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 carrot, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
500gm beef mince
5 tbsp tomato paste
2 X 400gm canned tomatoes
2 cups of chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of oregano and nutmeg
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp plain flour
2 cup of fresh milk
125gm mozarella cheese

method:

Meat sauce: Heat the oil, add in onion, carrot and garlic cook until soft and add beef, cook until brown, stir in tomato paste and canned tomatoes and chicken stock; salt, pepper and oregano+nutmeg. Cover it and cook gentle for 20mins

Cheese Sauce: Melt the butter in saucepan, stir in flour and cook for 2 mins over gentle heat. Remove from heat and stir in fresh milk and return to heat and stir until thick and smooth. Season with salt, pepper and add mozarella cheese until  cheese melt and away from heat.


Assembly: Heat the oven 175 degrees and pour the 1/2 cup of meat sauce into a lightly greased baking dish.Altenate layers of lagsana, meat and cheese sauce and ending wth cheese sauce.(4 layers). Then sprinkle the top with parmesan cheese and bake 35-40min or untill cooked
